Who is Behind Windsor Hills Official Rentals (WHOR)?

My name is Rick Albert.  I’ve been a Windsor Hills owner since 2012 and am the President of the Enclave HOA and a Director on the Master HOA board.

Several years ago former owner and Master Board Secretary Stan Nelson built this website which has quickly grown into a very popular site for travelers seeking Windsor Hills properties to book their vacation stays.  Since its launch over ten years ago, the site has gained significant online traction and currently sits in the top 5 Google search results for Windsor Hills rental sites.  The website generates quality inquires for listed owners with many of those inquiries converting to bookings at top dollar.  I have recently taken ownership of the site and continue to build upon its success and invest in more advertising to increase traffic for our owners.
