How secure is Windsor Hills compared to other rental communities in the area?

Security and safety for our homeowners and their guests are our utmost priority. This is a gated community manned 24/7 by our own security officers. We recently implemented a new state of the art computerized system that keeps track of all incoming and outgoing traffic including vendors plus we have installed security cameras at key locations throughout the community. When you have booked, our owners will supply you with a rental voucher which you present to the security staff on your first arrival. You also need photo ID, such as a drivers license. The Homeowner will have already logged you in to our electronic security system, which is named Dwelling Live. This system will automatically print out the security codes you need to access the communal facilities, such as the giant pool and clubhouse.

Is the condo, townhome, or villa I view on this site the one I am actually going to get?

Yes, you will enter a direct contract with the owner of the individual home you select.

How do I make a reservation?

You can submit an inquiry for any particular home, or use our all owners inquiry for example a 3BR Townhome. Owners will respond within 24 hours with a firm rate for the dates that you have selected. You then deal directly with the owner of that particular Windsor Hills property.

The owner has asked for a deposit. Is this normal?

Yes. Owners usually ask for a reservation deposit and the rental balance is due several weeks before your vacation commences.

Will I receive a rental agreement?

Yes. Owners supply a contract outlining the dates you wish to book, check in & check out times, their breakages policy, and a breakdown of the rates charged.

What if we need to cancel?

Individual owners set their own cancellation policies and you need to determine these before entering into agreements. We strongly recommend you take out travel/medical insurance on BOOKING, not cancelling.

Can I order food to be delivered to my vacation home?

Yes. Inside the Welcome Center at the main clubhouse you will find a list of authorized vendors. Some vendors have been banned from the community because they leaflet drop every home which is not allowed. You may order food and then phone the gatehouse on 407-397-1464 to advise you are expecting a food delivery.

What if I break something in our vacation home?

Normally your security deposit should cover it. Every home has a Welcome Book which details procedures for such events. Contact the owner directly. If it involves something needing immediate repair, our owners utilize property management company who will then send someone out for service.
