The kitchen boasts a large island with seating for three and comes fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, making it convenient for preparing home-cooked meals. There are two dining areas: a cozy breakfast nook next to the kitchen and a formal dining area with seating for six.

The outdoor area is perfect for fun and relaxation, featuring a large, south facing sparkling pool and spa with free pool heat, surrounded by trees, offering privacy with no rear neighbors. Loungers are available around the pool for sunbathing, and a lanai with seating provides a shaded spot for relaxation outdoors. The lanai also offers dining space for six and free BBQ grill.

If you prefer indoor entertainment, it has a multi-level seating movie room with six large reclining theater seats. Additionally, there's an arcade game, a table for board games, and air hockey for extra amusement.

The five bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub.
