This is a 6 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. 4 king-size bedrooms. One of. the bedrooms is downstairs with a bathroom across the hallway that features s roll in shower with a bench if needed.

Bedroom info:
1.Main bedroom is beach Tranquility with a King size bed and ensuite Large bathroom. Brand new updated Shower with rainfall shower and jetted tub. Large 43 in TV.
2. Silver Screen Hollywood studios room: King size bed and ensuite walk in shower and bathroom.
3. Sea World room: king size bed, New 43 in tv.
The bathroom is shared with 3,4, 5 rooms. Mickey mouse bathroom (2 sinks)
4. Finding Nemo: 1 full and 1 twin bed. tv mounted on wall. fun Disney toys. toddler push toy.
5. Rapunzel room: 1 full and 1 twin reset up as bunk bed. New Rapunzel dolls and toys
6. Disney memories room: King size bed and 43 in TV. Located off main family living room. It has a bathroom around the corner on the main level. ( Shower converted to walk in shower with bench.


The kitchen has fully stocked supplies: Mickey Mouse crock pot, toaster, Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Ninja coffee maker, Keurig maker with cups to start, new dish set for 18, new silverware for 16, Mickey cake pan, plastic bowls, storage plastics, new copper chef cookware set, lots of pots and pans, Wine glasses for 12, plastic dishes for every day. Kids bowls and dishes, toddler cups and utensils, Ninja blender, hand mixer. There are 2 safes in the pantry closet to keep your valuables safe.

The house also has a safety alarm on the patio door for young children's safety. There is a pool safety fence as well. The pool alarm just needs to be pressed before you go out. Great safety for your children.
We have a high efficiency washer and dryer to clean your clothes, so you don't have to pack as much. We have brand-new high-quality sheets and towels and beach towels for the pool area. Plenty to use.
Pool area:
has a Patio table for 6. 2 individual chairs and one small lounger. New patio furniture with TV on the wall to relax while kids play.
Disclaimer: Basketball hoop in the picture had to be removed it was breaking too many pool screens.
3 new loungers.
Parking for 3 cars. Just follow the parking picture in the rental agreement and welcome letter. The parking arrangement is also posted on the website. Overflow parking is allowed, so 4 total with 48hr notice, as we have to get permission from Windsor hills community manager for the 4th vehicle. The car must be parked in Overflow which is near the basketball and tennis courts.

There is a printer, paper, desk and chair with high-speed internet.

We like our guest to be fully supplied with household needs paper and plastic::
Toilet paper, paper towels, 13-gallon trash bags, large trash bags, Tide laundry soap, Dawn dish soap. Cascade dish pod,sponges

We have found it is a 7min drive to Animal kingdom which is 2.2 miles away. Windsor Hills resort is Amazingly close to Disney parks.
