We stayed at the Harry Potters Hideout for 3 weeks in March.  we were a family of 10 and the rooms suited us well. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.  The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.  Rooms were all perfect and the house was immaculately clean.  Fantastic kitchen area with all utensils needed. Brilliant big fridge which was great.  The kids were kept well entertained in the games room, with the pool table, PS4 and air hockey table.  Plenty of pool competitions were had on our stay!!The washing machine and dryer were great, something I could not have done without!!

The pool was a great size with plenty of seating available.  Kids just loved it and the hot tub.  We met with the maintenance man who came round a few times to clean and treat it too.  Bianca the property manager was lovely too.  Nothing was a bother to her, and when my son took an ear infection, she was extremely helpful with where to go.

Communication with Stan was excellent.  Every email I sent, with 100 questions, was answered promptly and with great advice.

I honestly could not fault this property at Windsor Hills and will definitely be back in contact when we return again.

We stayed at Harry Potter's hideout for 2 weeks and from start to finish it was a great experience. Stan was extremely helpful when booking the villa and answered all questions very promptly and even provided everything we needed for our 2 year old such as a pram, pool gates and highchair

The villa itself is beautiful, very clean and had everything you could ever need. The hot tub was very warm even in January and the beds were very comfy. The biggest bonus was the location. It is perfect, only a 10 minute drive to all of the Disney Parks, a 2 minute drive to Starbucks and Wallmart we really couldn't have asked for more.

We have been to Orlando over 10 times and this was our first trip staying off of Disney property and we absolutely loved it, very good value for money. Thank you Stan, we will be back.

Hi Stan,

I just wanted to let you know I received the check for my deposit today. I also wanted to thank you for not charging us for the damage, I felt so terrible about it and I am very glad to hear that the cost was going to be under 35 dollars. We truly had such a wonderful vacation with our families. I look forward to our next stay at Windsor Hills in the future. I can not express enough how much we loved staying in your beautiful house. Everyone loved the house and the pool, they could not say enough about how much they loved being able to stay with us there.
