We try to make our Windsor Hills vacation home a true home from home with all the creature comforts you take for granted – books, CDs, children's games, towels to use by the pool, fully equipped bathrooms, a hairdryer in each of the 5 bathrooms, bedside clocks, night lights, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and even a tea-pot for the Brits!  Wifi & cable in every room.

Each of the 5 bedrooms features upgraded mattresses, cable TV & a clock radio along with ceiling fans & full air-conditioning. Professionally furnished & styled each bedroom has its own identity encouraging a restful nights sleep after a busy day experiencing everything Orlando has to offer.

With 1 King Master, 2 Queen Masters & 2 Twins our villa comfortably sleeps 10 with cots and other baby equipment available to hire if required.  The ground floor offers 1 King, 1 Queen & 1 Twin suite with the remaining Queen & Twin suites being located upstairs.  Both floors have their own air-conditioning units so can operate at different temperatures.

The formal dining area seats 6 at the spacious dining table with seating for a further 4 in the lovely kitchen nook area.  There's also seating for 6 at the alfresco table under cover from the wonderful Florida sun.

Our bright & spacious family room features cable TV, DVD/VCR & stereo system.  With books, family board games, DVDs & CDs available for your use this is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Fully air-conditioned & furnished to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious holiday, the open plan family room opens directly onto the pool & deck area.  South facing; the pool benefits from maximum exposure to the Florida sun although the covered lanai offers shade if you prefer!  With yet more ceiling fans, sun loungers, security fencing (to keep your little ones safe) & outdoor dining furniture the pool area is the perfect place for casual entertaining & alfresco dining.

Our fully fitted kitchen features all the usual amenities with an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer located in the garage. Free wifi is a given.

Just 2 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom Windsor Hills covers more than 3 acres of landscaped grounds and boasts an impressive line up of top class amenities.

In 2019 Windsor Hills added a fantastic new children's water playground & duelling water slides in another large investment to add value to our guests. The luxurious multi million dollar clubhouse boasts pool tables, a full equipped – air-conditioned gym, a video games room, small shop, private cinema & table tennis – something for everyone & all available free of charge whilst staying in our home!

With a 24 hr guarded gate for your peace of mind, just 5 mins from Disney World, 20 mins from I-Drive, 30 mins from Orlando International Airport & 60 mins from Sanford Airport we really are conveniently located for all your Orlando holiday needs
