Maximum sunshine - A south facing heated pool, spa, and deck area provides the maximum amount of sunshine all day, and all year.
Flexible Cancellation - we know that COVID has made travel planning very difficult, and that last minute cancellations are possible. To help, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. A $350 USD deposit is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. We will refund 100% of all fees paid if you cancel prior to 60 days or your arrival. If you need to cancel within 60 days prior to your arrival, all fees paid will be credited towards a one time future booking change (subject to availability) within the next 12 months. If this does not work for you, please let us know, and we are happy to consider other options.
Recently Renovated - Recent renovations include granite countertops in the kitchen and bedrooms, new carpet in all the bedrooms and family room, new leather furniture in the family room, and a new 58” Roku TV in the family room (bring your Netflix info).
Kids are some of our favorite guests, and we have equipped our villa with a high chair, umbrella stroller, and pack-n-play. We have a pool safety fence around the pool, for maximum safety. The kids (of all ages) will also enjoy our games room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey. There is an awesome castle-themed play area just around the corner from our villa. There is also a 55" TV in the kids room, complete with Nintendo Game Cube, DVD, and free movies!
Walking distance to club house, tennis courts, basketball and beach volleyball courts - Not all villas in Windsor Hills are within walking distance to these facilities. Do you want to be driving your kids back and forth all day (just like you do at home)?
Extra security - Provided through a monitored house alarm system, reinforced sturdy door locks on all sliding glass doors, and a heavy duty floor safe for your valuables (passports, $$, laptop, etc).
No stairs - Over 2,000 sq feet of space, all on the same level. Many of our guests include grand parents (or guests weary from a long day at a theme park), who appreciate not having stairs to deal with.
